The Huntsman noodles were my personal favorite—they were spicy and flavorful, just like proper Indo-Chinese cuisine should be! The only issue was that dessert took a bit long to come out. The momos were incredible and so authentic, you could tell they put a lot of effort into perfecting them. The drinks were inventive and refreshing; I especially enjoyed the blueberry thyme spritz.
